Your core
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Scrum Master.
- You are motivated and eager to keep learning and to share your knowledge with others.
- You have strong experience with
- Coaching one or two teams
- Transparent communication and collaboration
- Making a planning and helping others to keep it
- Organizing a meeting with a clear goal and agenda
- Prioritizing issues defining the order of the backlog
- Experience with
- SAFe
- Resolving conflicts between colleagues
- Knowledge of
- Atlassian (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
- You have a strong affinity with UX/UI.
- You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch or French.
- You have a bachelor or master’s degree.
